BBC training in the production of reports, filming and editing as part of the project “Supporting the Media Sector in Palestine”. The training was held between the 28th of February and the 4th of March 2009, and had practice sessions between the 22nd of March and 26th of March 2009.

The Advisory Committee of the Share’ Simsem Palestine Outreach project meet for the first time to brainstorm on the upcoming outreach material, specifically the first poster, which is to be produced in March 2009.

Scriptwriting workshop for the project Peace Education through Modern Media

As part of the project Peace Education through Modern Media a scriptwriting workshop was held in Ramallah for 10 participants that have received previous training on conflict resolution. They were trained by Mr. George Khleifi and supervised by head writer Mr. Ra’fat Abu Zeid in order to produce short film stories revolving around conflict resolution, where the best 6 will be chosen to be filmed and distributed to universities and schools in April 2009.

The Advisory Committee of the Share’ Simsem Palestine Outreach project meet for the second time to finalize the messages and content of the first poster, which is to be produced in March 2009.
